申請二維碼入場券須知
  1. 每名申請人最多可申請四張入場券。3歲或以下小童如有成人陪同不需入場券。
  2. 申請人須提供一個有效電郵地址作登記之用。如申請人以同一個電郵重複遞交申請，天文台只會接納其最後一次的申請。
  3. 如報名人數超出限額，將以電腦抽籤形式處理。成功獲取入場券人士會於 2024年11月16日或之前經電郵取得二維碼入場券。
  4. 如申請人在遞交申請後欲更改已選擇的參觀時段，請以相同的電郵作登記，重新遞交申請。原先的申請將會被取消。
  5. 12歲以下兒童須由成人陪同參觀。
  6. 入場券不得轉售或作任何商業用途。
  7. 參加者在進入時須出示有效二維碼入場券，並在職員要求的任何時間出示有效入場券。
  8. 參加者不可攜帶任何玻璃器皿或其他危險物品進入場內。職員可檢查擬進入場地人士的個人物品。
  9. 如任何人妨礙開放日及其活動進行，將被要求離開。
  10. 未經職員事先准許，不可在場內派發宣傳物料、紀念品或贈品。
  11. 參加者須對自身安全負責，並聽從職員的指示。
  12. 參加者於場內在任何時間都不能進食。
  13. 香港天文台於開放日為活動和演出拍照或錄影以作記錄，所拍攝/錄製的相片或視頻影像的擁有權歸香港天文台所有。所有訪客須同意香港天文台使用開放日中所拍攝/錄製的相片或影像作公開展示或宣傳用途而不另行通知。
  14. 如受惡劣天氣影響，天文台或會適時更新活動安排，如延期舉行或取消開放日等，請留意此網頁上的最新公布。
  15. 參加者提供的個人資料只會用作登記用途，並會於活動結束後適時銷毀。
  16. 如對條款及細則及其他事宜有任何爭議，香港天文台保留就爭議的任何問題之解釋權及最終決定權。
  17. 香港天文台有權隨時修訂以上條款與細則。
  1. Each applicant is allowed to apply for 4 tickets at most. A toddler at the age of 3 or below will be admitted without ticket in the company of an adult.
  2. Each applicant is required to provide a valid email address for ticket application. If an applicant applies for more than once with the same email address, Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) will only accept the last application.
  3. If there is oversubscription, selection will be made by computer balloting. Successful applicants will receive the QR code for entry to the venue through email on or before 16 November 2024.
  4. If an applicant wishes to change the selected admission time after submission of application, she/he has to submit the application again with the same email address. The original application will be cancelled.
  5. Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
  6. Admission tickets cannot be used for resale or any commercial purposes.
  7. A valid QR code must be presented for the entry and at any other time when requested by staff.
  8. Visitors shall not bring any glass containers or other dangerous items. Staff can inspect the personal belongings of persons seeking entry.
  9. Any person who disrupts the Open Days or their activities will be evited.
  10. No promotional materials, souvenirs or give-away items can be distributed in the venue without prior permission from staff.
  11. Visitors are responsible for their personal safety and must follow the instructions of staff.
  12. No food is allowed any time in the venue.
  13. Photos or videos of the events and performances will be taken and made for recording purpose. The ownership of the photos or videos belongs to HKO. All visitors must agree that the photos or videos taken/recorded can be used for public display or promotion purpose without further notice.
  14. HKO may change the visiting arrangement, such as postponing or cancelling the Open Day event, as appropriate in case of inclement weather. Successful applicants should stay tuned to the latest announcement on this webpage.
  15. The personal data provided by participants will be used only for the registration purpose, and will be destroyed at appropriate time after the event.
  16. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to the Open Day, the interpretation and decision of HKO shall be final and conclusive.
  17. HKO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
